The Challenge

Staying consistently visible on social media requires a constant stream of quality content, but producing it eats time that should go into running the business.

Hiring a full content team wasn't viable. The goal was to build a lean, AI-powered pipeline that delivers professional-grade images and videos at scale without sacrificing quality or brand coherence.

The Solution

I built a full AI-powered content production pipeline:

• Script & Concept Generation: Used ChatGPT and Gemini to generate post ideas, video scripts, and captions aligned with brand tone.
• AI Image Creation: Generated visual assets with Nano Banana: product shots, promotional visuals, and social creatives.
• Video Production: Generated ultra-short clips (under 3s) with Meta AI, then assembled full short-form videos using CapCut, combining AI visuals, voiceover, and music into polished final cuts.
• Content Calendar: Organized output in a Canva-backed content calendar for consistent posting rhythm.
